摘要
改革情境下角色期待与身份认同间的张力威胁到教师的本体安全和专业发展。在指令型的制度框架和权威性的专业话语中,教师沦为教育改革的对象和工具,被动地执行预设的角色。传统道德制约下,过度责任强加到教学中,教师角色被过分苛求,生活世界被边缘化。重塑教师本体地位,需要激发其能动性,培养反思性实践,并在基层生成信任文化。
In the context of education change,the tension between role expectation and self-identity threatens teachers' ontological security and professional development.Within the directionally administrative structure and authoritatively professional discourse,teachers become objects and tools of education reform,and passively implement their default roles.Meanwhile,under the constraints of traditional morality,excessive responsibility is imposed to teaching.The role of teachers is heavily demanded and lifeworld of teachers is marginalized.In order to remodel ontological status of teachers,it needs to inspire their agency,develop reflective practice and build a culture of trust at the grassroots level.
