摘要
采用改进的QuEChERS,对蔬菜样品进行提取、净化,用高效液相色谱仪/荧光检测器检测,建立了蔬菜中苯并(α)芘的测定方法。样品用乙腈提取,PSA+中性Al2O3小柱净化,以10 mL正己烷-乙腈(95∶5,体积比)洗脱小柱,外标法定量。苯并(α)芘的含量在1.0~20.0μg/kg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性,相关系数(r)为0.999。方法的定量下限为1.0μg/kg,回收率为65%~98%,相对标准偏差为5.9%~13.8%。采用该法对市场上的蔬菜样品进行测定,在1种样品中检出苯并(α)芘,含量为1.23μg/kg。
A method was developed for the determination of benzo[α] pyrene in vegetables by reformed QuEChERS and high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,distilled with PSA+neutral Al2O3 column,and rinsed with mixture of hexane and acetonitrile(95 ∶ 5,by volume).The external standard method was used to determine the content of benzo[α] pyrene.The result indicated that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.0-20.0 μg/kg with correlation coefficient of 0.999.The limit of quantitation(LOQ) was 1.0 μg/kg.The recoveries of benzo[α] pyrene were in the range of 65%-98% with RSDs of 5.9%-13.8%.The method was applied in the practical inspection on vegetables,and benzo[α]pyrene was detected in one sample with residual concentration of 1.23 μg/kg.
