摘要
按照GB/T 22509–2008利用反相高效液相色谱法对植物油中苯并(α)芘含量进行分析,建立数学模型,对测量结果的不确定度来源如标准物质、校准工作曲线、样品处理、回收率等各不确定度分量进行分析评定及量化。按数学模型计算得植物油中苯并(α)芘含量为2.06μg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.05μg/kg,结果表达式为(2.06±0.05)μg/kg(k=2)。
Abctract According to GB / T 22509-2008, benzo (α) pyrene in vegetable oils was detected by HPLC method. According to the maths model, the uncertainty components were analyzed, quantified and composed, which included standard material, parameters of standard curve, the extraction of sample, recycle. By the results, the content of benzo (α) pyrene in vegetable oils was 2.06μg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.05μg/kg, and the expression of uncertainty was (2.06 ± 0.05)μg/kg (k=2).
