Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs) in Vegetable by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry with Saponification Clean-up

摘要 针对蔬菜中多环芳烃(PAHs)基质复杂、检测干扰太大的问题,采用正己烷-丙酮混合溶剂进行索氏提取,提取液经氢氧化钾皂化,硅胶-氧化铝层析柱净化后,用GC-MS进行检测。检出限较低(〈0.04μg/kg),回收率稳定(平均值为75%.82%),相对标准偏差为1.1%-14.6%,是测定蔬菜中16种PAHs的较好方法。 A method was developed for the determination of 16 PAHs in vegetable by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC -MS). The clean-up of the sample extract with KOH saponification and H2SO4 sulfonation were compared. It was found that the average recovery for the 16 PAHs obtained by the saponification and sulfonation clean-up were 94% and 60% , respectively. The sample was pretreated as follows: Soxhlet extraction with a mixture of hexane and acetone solvents, clean-up with KOH saponification, then further clean-up with silica - aluminum oxide chromatographic column. The detection limits, recoveries and relative standard deviations for the 16 PAHs were in the range of 0. 008 - 0.04 μg/kg, 75% - 82% and 1.1% - 14.6% , respectively.
