摘要
[目的]观察巴尔通骨折中医手法的临床疗效。[方法]应用中医手法整复并夹板外固定方式,对67例巴尔通骨折进行治疗。[结果]据Fernandez评分标准进行腕关节功能的评分,优28例,良29例,一般9例,差1例。优良率85%。骨折愈合时间2-6个月,平均3个月,无不愈合。[结论]传统整复固定在临床治疗中具有较好的疗效。
[Objective]Explores Barr to pass the bone fracture clinical care the curative effect.[Method]Outside application Chinese medicine technique reduction clamping plank fixed way,carries on wrist functiongrading in view of 67 example treatments and according to the Fernandez point scale.[Result]According to theFernandez point scale carries on the wrist function grading,superior 28 examples,good 29 examples,generally 9 examples,difference 1 example.Fine rate 85%.The bone fracture cicatrization time 2 6 months,the average 3 months,do not have the bone fracture not to heal.[Conclusion]The traditional reduction fixes in theclinical care has the good curative effect.
