摘要
目前国内对B arton骨折命名、损伤机制、治疗方法到外固定位置上都存在着很大争议,在临床治疗中不论用何种方法,固定于何种位置,只要骨折稳定,并顺利愈合都是好的方法。对于新鲜性B arton骨折可以试行手法复位,小夹板或石膏外固定,而对于手法复位不成功或陈旧性B arton骨折应果断采用手术治疗,这样才能有效地提高治疗效果。
It is still a controversial issue about the definition,injury mechanism and treatment of Barton fracture. In clinical practice,the good method is defined as fixing the fracture position and making a quick recovery. For the fresh Barton fracture,manual reposition and fixing by small splint or plastic splint may be carried out. For the old Barton fracture,the surgery method must be carried out to get satisfying results.
