摘要
[目的]探讨桡骨远端屈曲型骨折有效途径。[方法]对桡骨远端屈曲型骨折24例的临床特征与手法复位,小夹板固定系统治疗的疗效进行观察,并结合文献分析。[结果]采用腕关节Dienst功能评估标准进行评定:优17例,良5例,可2例,优良率达91.67%。[结论]手法治疗桡骨远端屈曲型骨折有满意的效果。
[Objective] To explore the effective way for distal radius flexure fracture. [Method] Make manipulation reposition and small splint fixation to 24 cases, make observation and documentary analysis. [Result] Take wrist Dienst functional evaluation standard: 17 were excellent, 5 good, excellence rate 91.67%. [Conclusion] The said method has satisfying result to distal radius flexure fracture.
