摘要
目的:探讨综合心理社会干预对难治性精神分裂症预后的影响。方法:以配合心理社会干预治疗的难治性精神分裂症患者40例为研究组,以没有配合心理社会干预治疗的患者35例为对照组,采用阳性和阴性症状量表和社会功能缺陷筛选量表对两组患者进行调查并比较。结果:两组间阳性和阴性症状量表总分在干预后12周、6个月和1年比较有显著性差异,研究组评分低于对照组,表明研究组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间社会功能缺陷筛选量表总分在干预后6个月、1年比较有显著性差异,研究组评分低于对照组,表明研究组患者的社会功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者在治疗1年后治疗中断率、复发率及再住院率情况均明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:正确的综合心理社会干预能提高难治性精神分裂症患者的疗效,对于药物治疗难以起效的精神分裂症患者,心理社会干预是有效的。
Objective：To analize the effect of integrated psychosocial intervention on refractory schizophrenia prognosis.Method： To meet psychosocial intervention treatment of refractory schizophrenia research group 40 cases as to not meet psychosocial interventions in the treatment of patients with a control group of 35 cases,The patients in two groups were investigated and compared with negative symptoms and positive symptoms scale and social disability screening questionnaire.Results： Negative symptoms and positive symptoms scale（PANSS） research group in the total score for 12 weeks,in patients with half a year and a year is less than the control group when obvious;social disability screening questionnaire（SDSS） score study group in patients one year and a half years is clearly better than the control group,there were differences in the statistical significance（P0.05）.Moreover the research group in patients one year of treatment interruption rate,relapse rate and then hospitalization rates are significantly less than the control group,there were differences in the statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： The correct integrated psychosocial intervention can improve refractory schizophrenia patients,to stem the drug for the treatment of difficult to onset of schizophrenia,psychosocial intervention is effective.
