摘要
主要运用文献法、分析法与实验法,对北京工业职业技术学院乒乓球技术课反手推挡技术教学采用突出教学步骤与发力形式理念教学进行了探讨与分析。推挡技术教学由挡球、推挡、快推及加力推等几个步骤构成;练习形式由简到繁,击球节奏由慢到快,发力形式由借力到主动发力;整个教学体现循序渐进的教学规律。实验表明:突出教学步骤与发力形式教学理念,对提高学生反手推挡技术的规范性、连续性与稳定性方面有显著效果。
Using the method of literature,experiment,and analysis,this paper analyzed the teaching steps and hard form of block shot in college table tennis practice course.Block shot teaching including block ball,block shot,quickly pushing and pushing;practicing forms from simple to complex,batting rhythm from slow to fast.The block shot teaching should reflect gradual and orderly progress teaching law.Experiment show that： outstanding teaching steps and development effort in the form of teaching philosophy,technology to improve student normative backhand shot,continuity and stability,a significant effect.
