摘要
从文化的视角出发,结合语料库技术,采用定性、定量两种研究方法,通过对多元化翻译时期内《道德经》英译本的共时性特点的研究和分析,对"道"字的翻译情况和特点进行了初步的探讨,并对导致译文差异及误译产生的可能性因素进行了分析。
Tao Te Ching is a magnificent work in Chinese literature and philosophy.It has always been attracting numerous scholars to study and explore its profound meaning,especially in the atmosphere of advocating the harmonious society.The present paper mainly focus on the synchronic features of the translations in the period of plural interpretation since 1973.It adopts the corpus-based method and makes both quantitative and qualitative analysis on the translation of the word ＂道＂.Combined with cultural backgrounds,external and internal factors that may affect the translation are also analyzed.
