摘要
分析了重迭系数对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮泵困油现象的影响;讨论了设置卸荷槽削弱困油现象的原则,及卸荷槽对油液流量和容积效率的贡献;提出了为保证较高的容积效率,对于粘度不高的油液,可在困油压力能够接受的情况下使节点两侧卸荷槽间距略大一些;在对压力脉动要求不高的场合应尽量减少齿轮齿数。
This paper analyzes the effect of the overlap coefficient on entrap phenomenon of involute spur gear pump and then discusses the setting principle of unload groove to weaken entrap phenomenon,the contribution of unload groove to oil flow rate and volumetric efficiency.In order to ensure a higher volumetric efficiency,it is proposed that the distance between unload grooves for low viscosity oil is slightly larger in the situation of acceptable pocketed oil pressure and the tooth number of gear should be reduced as much as possible in the situation of low requirements for pressure fluctuation.
