摘要
困油现象是由齿轮泵自身工作原理造成的 ,它直接影响着齿轮泵的工作性能及寿命。通过对齿轮泵工作原理的分析 ,提出一种降低齿轮泵困油压力的新方法———卸荷降压槽法 ,并对其工作原理及作用进行了分析。卸荷降压槽适合于在小侧隙、无侧隙齿轮泵中与卸荷槽配合使用。
The phenomenon of oil-trap stems from the principle of gear pumps, and it affects directly the performance and life of the gear pumps. Solution to solve this problem is generally that the conventional unload groove is applied. But when this method is used a rather high accuracy of alignment of the groove and high assembly position accuracy are required. Based on the principle of gear pump, the authors put forward a new method to relieve the oil-trap—unload-pressure-relief groove, analyses the principle and function. Such groove was adapted into gear pump with profile of little-clearance or of non-profile clearance, with unload groove available.
