摘要
分别采用计数法和频率解调法得到了柴油机的瞬时转速。比较表明:计数法得到的结果时间分辨率取决于齿轮齿数,因此时间分辨率差;计数法的幅值误差主要取决于采样频率,因此需要很高的采样频率。而频率解调法得到的瞬时转速时间分辨率取决于采样频率,时间分辨率好;频率解调法误差主要来源于采样噪声和信号处理过程,该方法不需要很高的采样频率,可用于实时获取瞬时转速值。
Instantaneous rotational speed of diesel engine is calculated by using counting memou anu Hilbert transform method, respectively. The results show that time resolution ratio obtained by counting method is limited by number of gear teeth, thus is not accurate. The amplitude error is significantly influ- enced by sample frequency, which needs to be very high to insure small error. Time resolution ratio of in- stantaneous rotational speed obtained by frequency demodulation method depends on sample frequency, so it is much more accurate. The error by frequency demodulation method mainly comes from noise and signals processing procedures, and therefore doesnt need high sample frequency, and is applicable in ob- taining instantaneous rotational speed value.
