摘要
目的 研究 Ｇｅ － １３２ 对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其免疫学机制。方法 以荷瘤小鼠为模型，腹腔连续注射 Ｇｅ － １３２（１００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ 、３００ ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ）１４ｄ ，观察肿瘤生长及对免疫功能的影响。结果 体内注射 Ｇｅ － １３２ 能显著抑制荷瘤小鼠 Ｓ１８０ 肉瘤的生长，抑瘤率达５５ ％ 。 Ｇｅ － １３２ 对荷瘤小鼠受抑的细胞免疫功能具有明显正向调节作用，能提高 Ｔ 淋巴细胞增殖及 Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ 产生能力，增强 Ｎ Ｋ 和 Ｌ Ａ Ｋ 细胞活性。结论 Ｇｅ － １３２ 能明显抑制肿瘤的生长，这种抗肿瘤效应是通过对免疫功能的正向调节作用实现的。
Objective In order to investigate the antitumor effect of Ge-132 and its immunological mechanism.Methods The tumor-bearing mice were treated with Ge-132(100mg/kg·d ane 300mg/kg·d) and 14 days later the effect of Ge-132 on tumor growth and immunological function in tumor-bearing mice was observed.Results Ge-132 inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma significantly,promoted lymphocytic proliferation and IL-2 producing ability,and significantly enhanced the activities of NK cells and LAK cells in tumor-bearing mice.Conclusion These results indicated that Ge-132 could inhibit the growth of tumor in mice significantly and the antitumor effect of Ge-132 might be mediated by inducing the antitumor immunity of the host.
