摘要
介绍了使用渐开线-高次曲线组合型线来减少涡旋圈数的方法及特点,建立了该型线的几何理论和相关参数计算方程,并对动涡盘进行了有限元分析,计算实例结果显示渐开线和高次曲线组合型线能够减少涡旋圈数以及型线的长度,且涡旋盘受力变形和应力明显小于单一渐开线型线,研究的结果对于组合型线的设计和大排气量涡旋机的研究有一定的借鉴作用。
In this paper,the method of using combined profile composed of involute-higher curve to reduce the number of scroll compressor ring and its features are introduced.The geometry theory and relative parameters calculation equation of this type profile are established.And the finite element analysis is carried out for the moving vortex plate.The calculation results show that this combined profile can reduce the number of scroll compressor ring and the length of profile.And the deformation and the stress of this combined profile compressor are obviously smaller than the single involute profile compressor.The investigation results can be used for reference in designing this combined profile and large air displacement of scroll compressor.
