摘要
为进一步提高皮革厚度测量的准确性,促进皮革生产,介绍了一种基于容栅传感器的皮革测厚仪;通过对传感器结构与工作原理的分析,得出该测厚仪厚度测量的原理与实际测量数据的取得过程,依此导出对仪表硬件结构与软件设计的要求;实际试用证明:该仪表通过软硬件的有效结合,引入特有的自动定时锁定功能,具有测量准确度高、分辨率高、低功耗及稳定性好等优点。
In order to further improve the accuracy of leather thickness measurement,promote leather production,a kind of leather thickness gauge based on ce-grate sensor is introduced.Through the analysis of sensor internal structure and working principle,the thickness measurement principle and acquisition process of actual measurement data is obtained and according to this,the hardware structure and software design requirements is induced.Actual trial proves that the instrument through the effective integration of software and hardware circuitry to realize unique automatic time lock feature,with measurements of high accuracy,high resolution,low power consumption and good stability.
