摘要
圆锥体由于结构的特殊性导致其端面直径不易测量,设计的自适应圆锥体端面直径测量装置,可在机直接测量,不需计算,数显直读,且结构简单,测量范围大,有效地解决了生产现场检测锥体端面直径的问题,也可用于间接测量锥体的锥度。
Because the cone has structural particularity, which causes its end face diameter not easy to be measured, so one kind of adaptive end face diameter measuring tool of cone has been designed in this article. This measuring instrument may measure directly the end face diameter on the machine tool, and the number may be obviously straight read, at the same time the structure is simple and it has large measuring range. So it can solve the examination questions of the cone's end face diameter effectively at the producing scene, also it is applied to measuring the taper angle of cone by indirect.
