Experimental Study and Application on Tendency of Coal Spontaneous Combustion

摘要 利用程序升温试验装置对新鲜煤样进行热解实验,测定了在不同温度下O2,CO,CO2及其他碳氢化合物的浓度,分析了气体浓度随温度的变化特性。讨论了预测、预报煤炭自燃发火的指标气体,得出了以CO作为核心指标气体,C2H4和C2H4/C2H6比值作为辅助指标气体的结论。以研究结果为依据,应用热电偶测温探头对7312-2采空区煤温进行实时监测并取得了很好的预测效果,可以比较准确地反映采空区煤炭自燃趋势。研究结果对提高煤炭早期自燃预测、预报的准确度和防止矿井火灾有重要指导意义。 Through the pyrogenation experiments on fresh coal samples carried out by procedural heating-up testing equipment,the concentration of oxygen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and other hydrocarbon were tested,and the properties of these gases with the change of temperature were studied.The index gases to predict coal spontaneous combustion were studied and the conclusion was reached that taking carbon monoxide as the main index gas,and ethylene and the ratio of ethylene and ethane as the auxiliary index gases.Based on the study,thermocouple probes were used to monitor the temperature of coal in 7312-2 goaf which was effective and precise to reflect the tendency of coal in goaf.The study has important significance in improving the accuracy of forecasting and predicting of early coal spontaneous combustion and preventing the coal mine fire.
