摘要
针对兴安煤矿302综采工作面3#煤层煤样进行煤自燃实验研究,对比在供氧体积分数分别为20.9%、10%、7%的情况下,煤样在自燃氧化过程烷烃气体(C2H6、C3H8)的析出规律与煤温的关系.研究结果表明:C2H6、C3H8在氧体积分数为20.9%煤温达180℃后均表现为体积分数急剧升高,至400℃时开始回落;氧体积分数为10%时煤温达280℃后体积分数快速升高,至400℃时达峰值;氧体积分数为7%煤温达250℃后其体积分数骤增,至400℃时下跌.另外,在烷链比中,在供氧体积分数为20.9%时,C3H8与C2H6的析出体积分数比与煤温呈下降关系;而在10%、7%的情况下呈增长趋势.
In this paper,an experimental study on the spontaneous combustion of the coal samples in Seam #3 at No 302 mechanized mining face in Xing’an coal mine was conducted.In the situation that the supply air concentration is at 20.9%,10% and 7% respectively,the concentration evolutions of alkane gases,such as C2H6 and C3H8,are studied with coal temperature.It is found that the concentrations of alkane gases such as C2H6 and C3H8 at an oxygen concentration of 20.9% increase rapidly when the coal temperature reaches 180oC,then decrease at a coal temperature of 400oC.When the oxygen concentration is at 10%,the concentrations of alkane gas increase quickly at a coal temperature of 280oC,reaching a peak at a temperature of 400oC.When the oxygen concentration is at 7%,the concentrations of alkane gas increase suddenly at a coal temperature of 250oC,and then it declines at a temperature of 400oC.Moreover,the concentration evolution of C3H8 and C2H6 is a decreasing function of coal temperature in the alkyl chain ratio at an oxygen concentration of 20.9%,while it is an increasing function at oxygen concentrations of 10% and 7%.
