综放采空区遗煤厚度的分布规律及模拟研究 被引量:7

Simulation study on the thickness of residual coal of goaf via the fully mechanized caving mining and the coal distribution regularity

摘要 鉴于采空区遗煤厚度对其自燃规律影响的重要性,对综放采空区遗煤厚度的分布规律进行了研究。应用松散介质理论、放煤椭球体理论及三维数值模拟方法对综放采空区遗煤的空间分布形态、采空区顶板压力及空隙率分布进行分析,得到采空区遗煤厚度的计算公式及三维分布示意图,采空区顶板压力与遗煤空隙率、遗煤厚度的函数关系及在算例条件下三者的三维分布状态。结果表明:综放采空区遗煤的空间形态受工作面的放煤步距、放煤口间距及顶煤破裂角、采空区顶板压力、遗煤空隙率等因素的影响,采空区遗煤厚度分布的确定应是非连续、非均匀的。 The present paper intends to provide an analysis of the thickness of residual coal on fully mechanized caving mining, for the thickness of residual coal is of great importance for the accurate study of the spontaneous combustion rule of the residual coal. Based on the loose medium theory and the ellipsoid theory of drawn top-coal, we have done careful studies and analyses over the thickness distribution of residual coal of goal on fully mechanized caving mining. The draw- ing interval, the interval of top-coal leakage, the failure angle of top coal and the thickness of top-coal may all have their own impact on the thickness of residual coal. Seeing their respective importance, we have obtained calculation formulas of the thickness of residual coal. And, we have drawn a 3D distributional schematic diagram of residu- al coal of goaf on the fully mechanized caving mining according to our research results. While considering the distribution of voidage is one of the main factors affecting the thickness of residual coal, and the pressure distribution of goaf is also the main factor affecting the distri- bution of voidage, we would like to attach a great attention onto the study of the relation among the pressure, the voidage and the thick- ness of residual coal in goal. Moreover, we have made great efforts in finding the functional relation among the roof pressure with the voidage and the thickness of residual coal. At the same time, we have adopted the method of three-dimensional numerical simulation to trace the thickness of residual coal and its 3D simulation maps. The 3D simulation maps help us to confirm that the distribution of thick- ness of residual coal has been discontinuous and inhomogeneous. Therefore, it is of key importance to pursue the spontaneous combus- tion rule of residual coal which is needed to be ascertained scientifically.
