摘要
简要介绍了虚拟样机技术的基本概念和关键技术。将虚拟样机技术应用于机械产品的设计开发阶段,并阐述了利用Pro-E三维建模功能对机械零部件进行实体建模和样机虚拟装配的过程;利用ANSYS和ADAMS软件对建立的虚拟样机中的关键零件和机构进行运动学和动力学仿真分析。结合实例说明了虚拟样机的建模和仿真过程。
This paper briefly introduces the basic concept and key technology of virtual prototype technology. The virtual prototyping can be applied to the design, development and manufacture stage of the mechanical product, and the article also discusses how to apply 3D modeling functions of the Pro/E software to modeling and virtual assembly process of mechanical parts entity and prototype. ANSYS and ADAMS software are used to establish the virtual prototype of key parts and mechanism, and to do the simulation analysis about kinematics and dynamics. The modeling and simulation process of the virtual prototype are illustrated.
