摘要
基于物元模型的基本原理,构建研发团队有效性的物元评价模型。选取在南京市软件行业中具有一定影响力的10家软件企业中的10个研发团队作为研究对象进行实证研究,实证结果表明:研发团队的有效性程度较低,研发团队有效性的整体状况不佳,环境层次投入与团队运行过程因素是影响研发团队有效性高低的瓶颈因素。
The paper established the matter - element evaluation model based on the basle prineiples of matter - element method. Then it seleeted the 10 R&D teams from 10 software companies which had a certain influence in Nanjing as empirieal evaluation research samples. The empirical results showed that R&D team effectiveness woa at a low level mad the overall situation of R&D team effectiveness was poor. The environment - level input and the team operation - level input became bottleneck factors which affected R&D team effectiveness' level.
