摘要
主要讨论DEA反方法在研究型高校科研绩效评价中的应用。在简单评述有关高校科研绩效评价研究的基础上,介绍数据包络分析法 (DEA)的基本理论与方法,并进行高校科研绩效的实证研究,说明高校资源投入及科研产出成果的技术效率,表明DEA方法能有效衡量高校教育多种投入与多种产出的复杂关系。
The theory and applications of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) were discussed. This method was exploited to perform the empirical study of performance evaluation of research oriented universities,which presents the technical efficiency of higher institutions and indicates that DEA is an effective method for evaluating complex relation between multiple educational inputs and outputs in high institution.
