摘要
本文采用探索型案例研究的方法,以4个复杂产品系统研发机构为案例,围绕着复杂产品系统的研发团队组织有效性进行了研究和分析。多案例研究发现:复杂产品系统的研发团队在组织形式方面呈现多层级、多类型的特征,而且这些特征与复杂产品系统自身的技术复杂程度、研制一体化程度、客户类型、产品交付周期等因素相关。通过案例分析和讨论,提出并构建了"复杂产品系统的研发团队组织有效性模型",并对该理论模型中的测量变量给出了测量等级。
An exploratory case study method is applied in this paper to research into and analyze the organizational effectiveness of complex products and systems (COPS) R&D team, based on four R&D institutions of COPS. The findings are as follows. The organizational structure of the CoPS R&D teams presents the multi-level, multi-type characteristics and these characteristics are associated with many factors of the CoPS itself, such as the degree of technical complexity, de- velopment of integration degree, customer type, and product delivery cycle. Through case studies and discussions, an organizational effectiveness model of CoPS R&D team is proposed and built, and the measurement level is given to measure the variables in the theoretical model.
