摘要
通过对84个砂浆试件的试验研究,对比了普通砂和掺入同长度,不同掺量钢纤维的钢纤维砂浆的抗压强和抗折强度,表明钢纤维砂浆的抗压强度略有提高,平均提高约10%;抗折强度有很大提高,平均提高约150%;砂浆韧性得到明显改善,同时指出砂浆强度和韧性的改善程度与所掺入钢纤维的长度和掺量有关。
The comparison test studies of 72 specimens using steel fiber reinforced mortar (SFRM) with 12 specimens using normal mortar. The length and the ratio by volume of steel fiber are changed. Based on the test, the conclusions can be derived as follows: the mean compressive strength of SFRM increases about 10% over that of normal mortar; the mean bending strength of SFRM has a great increase about 150% over that of normal mortar; SFRM specimens rupture with ductile characteristics and the normal mortar specimens collapse brittlely. The improvement of SFRM changes according to the length of steel fiber and its ratio by volume.
