摘要
为研究钢纤维形态对混凝土力学性能的影响,将2种外形的钢纤维分别掺入混凝土中进行对比试验和分析。试验研究结果表明:新型端勾型钢纤维与混凝土的粘结强度和弓型钢纤维相比增长2倍以上;掺入新型端勾型钢纤维与弓型钢纤维相比,钢纤维混凝土的抗折强度提高约9%;端勾型钢纤维对混凝土的增韧作用明显优于弓型钢纤维。
In order to study the effect of steel fiber shape on the mechanical properties of concrete,two shapes of glass fibers were added into the concrete for comparative test and analysis. The results show that compared with end-hooked steel fiber reinforced concrete,the bond strength of new end-hooked steel fiber reinforced concrete is increased by more than 2 times,and the flexural strength is enhanced approximately by 9%. And they also indicate that the flexural toughness of new end-hooked steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than end-hooked steel fiber reinforced concrete obviously.
