以硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶- 凝胶法制备出了直径为5m m ,最大折射率变化为 0.03 的 Ti O2- Si O2 径向梯度玻璃棒.利用 T G- D T A、 X R D
The r-GRIN TiO 2-SiO 2 Glass Rod of about 5mm in diameter having a parabolic index profile with the maximum index change of 0.03 has been prepared by the sol-gel process from silicon and titanium alkoxides. The formation process of r-GRIN glass rod has been characterized by TG-DTA and XRD.
