摘要
以硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为原料，采用溶胶－ 凝胶法制备出了直径为５ｍ ｍ ，最大折射率变化为 ０．０３ 的 Ｔｉ Ｏ２－ Ｓｉ Ｏ２ 径向梯度玻璃棒．利用 Ｔ Ｇ－ Ｄ Ｔ Ａ、 Ｘ Ｒ Ｄ
The r-GRIN TiO 2-SiO 2 Glass Rod of about 5mm in diameter having a parabolic index profile with the maximum index change of 0.03 has been prepared by the sol-gel process from silicon and titanium alkoxides. The formation process of r-GRIN glass rod has been characterized by TG-DTA and XRD.
