摘要
以 9Al2 O3·2B2 O3和含 1 5mol%过量H3BO3为配方 ,用固相反应法在Al2 O3~B2 O3体系中合成基质Al1 8B4O33,并用固相反应法合成了两种荧光粉 ,对所得两种荧光粉的荧光光谱进行测试 ,结果表明两种荧光粉发射红色荧光 ,但它们的发射荧光光谱彼此不同 ,对荧光谱的分析和比较表明 ,制备工艺过程对荧光粉的荧光特性有明显的影响 .
Matrixes Al_ 18 B_4O_ 33 were prepared by solid state reaction method in Al_2O_3~B_2O_3 system, samples obtained from the ingredient with actual concentration in the required proportions of 9Al_2O.3·2B_2O_3 or with 15 mole per cent excess H_3BO_3, respectively, two kinds of phosphors Al_ 18 B_4O_ 33 :Eu 3 were prepared by solid state reaction method,the fluorescence spectra of phosphors were measured, the results of fluorescence spectrum showed that phosphors are red emitting phosphors, but each phosphor has different fluorescence spectrum, fluorescence spectra of phosphors are analyzed and compared , the result showed that the effects of different process on luminescence character of phosphors are apparent.
