人结肠癌组织中骨桥蛋白的表达研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在结肠癌中的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测OPN在48例肠癌及20例癌旁组织中的表达。结果:(1)OPN在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率(75.0%)较癌旁组织高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)OPN的表达与结肠癌的淋巴转移和肿瘤浸润深度相关(P<0.05)。结论:OPN在结肠癌中呈过度表达,且与恶性肿瘤的侵袭、转移有关,提示OPN可作为结肠癌浸润、转移及评估预后的一项重要指标。
