骨桥蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的:研究骨桥蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达,探讨骨桥蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法:采取免疫组织化学SP法检测骨桥蛋白在正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤组织中的表达。结果:骨桥蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移相关,与上皮性肿瘤中的不同组织学类型无相关性。结论:骨桥蛋白在正常卵巢组织中不表达,在卵巢上皮性癌中呈高表达,并与临床分期、分级、淋巴结转移有关,提示骨桥蛋白的表达可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展有关。
