骨桥蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 观察骨桥蛋白((osteopontin,OPN))在胃癌组织中的表达,探究其在胃癌发生、发展中的临床意义。方法:正常胃组织、非典型增生及胃癌组织分别取20例,选用SP免疫组织化学法检测三种组织中骨桥蛋白的表达情况。结果:免疫组化结果显示:骨桥蛋白在胃癌组和非典型增生组织中表达量都高于正常组(p<0.05),且胃癌组表达高于非典型增生组(p<0.05)。OPN表达随胃癌的进展和浸润深度表达增加(p<0.05)。结论:OPN在胃癌组织中均表达增加,OPN可能参与了胃癌发生、发展过程,与胃癌的侵袭、转移紧密相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的有一定参考价值的肿瘤标志物。
