摘要
β-防御素已从起初的几个防御素家族类别细化为以物种、特性、作用等为主的防御素多肽。近年来,对小鼠β-防御素的研究日益增多,已发现了十余种不同亚型的β-防御素。它除了具有良好的抗菌、抗病毒、抗真菌、抗肿瘤等生物学活性外,还具备诱导机体免疫应答的能力,其医学作用不容忽视。β-防御素不仅分布广泛,在物种中也存在高度的同源性,本文在对β-防御素的研究的基础上,将进一步探讨小鼠β-防御素的组织分布、分子结构、免疫调节等。
From the first family of several types β-defensin were refined into the species,characteristics,mainly the role of defensin peptides.In recent years,mouse β-defensin-increasing number of studies have found a dozen different subtypes of β-defensins.In addition to its good antibacterial,antiviral,antifungal,antitumor and other biological activity,but also have the ability to induce the immune response,and its medical effects can not be ignored.β-defensins are widely distributed not only in species,there are also a high degree of homology,on the basis of the research of β-defensins we will further explore the β-defensins in mice tissue distribution,molecular structure,immune regulation and so on.
