摘要
通过研究污泥灰的熔融特性发现污泥灰熔点较低.利用X-射线衍射方法研究不同煅烧温度下污泥灰中的矿物质.研究结果表明,可以将污泥灰的熔融过程分为低温阶段(500~900℃)和高温阶段(高于900℃).在低温阶段,灰中矿物质主要发生的是分解反应,矿物质间很少发生反应.在高温阶段,污泥灰中含Al2O3的矿物质含量较低,这是导致不能生成莫来石的主要原因.而莫来石是维持灰高熔点的主要矿物.另外,污泥灰中含量较高的Fe2O3起到了降低灰熔点的作用.污泥灰中含K,Ca元素的矿物含量较低,因此其对污泥灰熔点的影响不大.
The fusion characteristic of sewage sludge ash was studied and it was found that the sewage sludge ash fusion temperature is relatively low.Minerals in sewage sludge ash under different calcining were studied by using X-ray diffraction.The results show that the fusion process can be divided into two stages: Low-temperature phase(500~900 ℃) and high-temperature phase(higher than 900 ℃).In low-temperature phase,there is decomposition reaction for minerals in ash mainly,and reactions rarely occur between minerals.In high-temperature phase,the content of minerals rich in Al2O3 is low in sewage sludge ash,and it is the main reason that mullite can not be generated.While mullite is the main mineral that maintains high fusion temperature for ash.Besides,the high content of Fe2O3 in sewage sludge ash plays a negative effect on ash fusion temperature.The contents of minerals that contain K and Ca is low,which makes a small influence to ash fusion temperature of sewage sludge ash.
