水煤浆混合灰熔融特性试验研究 被引量:4

TEST AND RESEARCH OF FUSION PROPERTY FOR ASH MIXTURES FROM COAL-WATER SLURRY

摘要 对取自 2台水煤浆锅炉 3对各具代表性的灰所组成的混灰的熔融温度和熔融过程动态特性进行了深入研究 ,发现熔融特性相近且熔点都较高的 2种单一灰配成的混灰具有更高的熔融温度。熔点很低与熔点很高的 2种灰组成的混灰 。 The Fusion temperature and dynamic behavior of the fusion process for ash mixtures being composed of representative ash sample taken from two coal-water slurry fired boilers have been deeply studied. It was discovered that the fusion temperature of ash mixture made up from two single ash samples with similar fusion behavior and higher fusion points is still higher, but the fusion temperature of ash mixture made up from two ash samples with very low and very high fusion points is gradually heightened along with increasing the mixed ratio of ash sample with higher fusion point.
