微波消解-ICP-OES内标法测定废催化剂浸出液中稀土和重金属元素 被引量:3

Determination of rare earth and heavy metal elements in leaching solution of waste catalyst by microwave digestion,internal standard method and ICP-OES

摘要 以钇为内标,建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)研究废催化剂浸出液中稀土和重金属元素的方法。通过优化实验条件,标准曲线线性范围为(0.01~2.00)mg·L^(-1),方法检出限为(0.004~0.008)mg·L^(-1),相关系数均大于0.999。废催化剂样品加标回收率为(88.9~109.2)%,测定结果相对标准偏差为(5.0~11.3)%(n=6)。实验结果表明,该方法线性范围宽,溶剂消耗少,受干扰少,准确度高,可以同时测定废催化剂浸出液中La、Ce、Ni、Co、Sb、V。 Using Y as internal standard,a method of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was established to study the content of rare earth and heavy metal elements in leaching solution of waste catalyst.By op-timizing the experimental conditions,the linear range of the standard curve was(0.01~2.00)mg·L^(-1),the detection limit was(0.004~0.008)mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The recoveries of waste catalyst samples were(88.9~109.2)%,and the relative standard deviations were(5.0~11.3)%(n=6).The experimental results show that the method has wide linear range,less solvent consumption,less interference and high accuracy,and can simultaneously determine La,Ce,Ni,Co,Sb and V in leaching solution of waste catalyst.
