摘要
根据服务型教育体系和适用人才培养的内涵,以宁波市为例,阐述深化服务型教育改革的主要做法,构建适用人才培养的有效性分析模型,从学生就业率、就业对口率、岗位晋升率、工资水平、基地建设率、企业满意度等数据出发,分析宁波深化服务型教育改革、推进适用人才培养的有效性,并提出相应的对策建议,希望有助于推进宁波适用型人才的培养。
In the context of service-oriented education system,the paper,taking Ningbo as an example,demonstrates the applicable talents cultivation training practice,forms a Ningbo mode which is provided with distinct regional characteristics.Applicable talents cultivation is a school,enterprise,government "tripartite linked" process,the road ahead of Ningbo applicable talents cultivation is based on the deficiency of existing applicable talents training,training qualified personnel foremost,and perfecting the school,enterprise,government tripartite linkage mechanism.
