摘要
民族医学院校人文课程的内容、资源、师资、教学需要进行整合与优化。一方面,人文课程的整合与优化是医学科学发展和医学人才培养的必要;另一方面,人文课程的整合与优化必须加强组织领导,并建立合理的绩效考评机制。
The humanistic curriculum integration and optimization in medical college for nationalities includes contents, resources, faculties and teachings. The humanistic curriculum integration and optimization is necessary to the development of medical' sciences and the training of medical talents. Also, it must strengthen leadership and establish the reasonable performance appraisal mechanism.
