摘要
通过改变切向进入TD分解炉的三次风风量QF与喷腾进入的窑气风量QK的比值QF/QK,探讨了对TD分解炉阻力损失、物料停留时间分布等性能的影响,并确定了最佳旋喷风量比。研究认为,当QF/QK=46:54时,TD分解炉的总阻力最小,热态下约为130P8;从炉内料气停留时间比考虑,QF/QK在42:58~47:53范围内较合理,与DD、KSV等分解炉比,TD分解炉结构较合理,操作适应性强,但需对物料入炉位置作必要改进。
With the change of the ratio of whirling-spouting air flow rates, the effect on pressure drop and retention time distrbutdri of the palticles of the Th calciner is discussed in this article, the optimum ratio of the whirling - spouting air fiow rates is detemined. It is considered when QF/Qk = 46: 54, the total pressure drop of the TD calciner is minimum, it is about 130Pa under the hot condiion; to be considered from the retention times of materil and gas in the calciner,QF/Qk in the rang of 42: 58 ~47: 53 is reasonable. Compare with DD and KSV calciner etc, the structure of the Th calciner is rather reasonable, the suitability of the operation is strong, but the possition of the inlet needs to be improved.
