摘要
以顺昌水泥厂２０００ｔ／ｄ生产线的ＩＬＣ分解炉为例，研究该类型分解炉全面达产达标的改造方案。根据该厂分解炉的结构及工艺布置特点，提出了相应的改造方案，并通过冷态模型试验对改造前后分解炉性能进行了分析研究，为该厂顺利完成技术改造提供了可靠依据。
As an example, the ILC precalciner of Shunchang Cement Plant was investigated. The remolding plan was studied for increasing output.According to specific feature of the structure of precalciner and the plan lay out,the relevant remolding plan was raised.Before and after being remolded, the properties of precalciner was investigated and analyzed by cold model experiments.The reliable basis was provided for remolding in Shunchang Cement Plant.
