摘要
分解炉是预分解窑技术的关键设备,具有燃料燃烧、气固传热、碳酸盐分解等功能。为充分了解分解炉的性能,应用适宜的模型来模拟分解炉内部三维流场是很有意义的。在借鉴分解炉物理模型和流体力学的湍流模型的基础上,对华新水泥厂采用的喷腾式和旋喷式分解炉进行了分析,提出两种数学模型,为优化分解炉结构设计提供了理论依据。
Calciner is the key equipment for precalciner kiln system, which has the function of coal combustion, gas-particle heat transfer and CaCO3 decomposition. In order to study characteristics of the calciner, it is significant to simulate the three-dimensional flow in calciner with proper mathematical models. Based on the calciner physical model and hydromechanical onflow model, spouted calciner and swirling-spouted calciner adopted by Huaxin Cement Plant were analysed, and two mathematical models were proposed which can provide theoretical foundation for the structural design and optimization of calciner.
