摘要
对医院管理从５个方面进行论述：１什么是知识管理；２医院知识管理内容；３医院知识管理的基本原则；４医院知识管理的基础；５医院知识管理的核心。提出了一种新的医院管理模式──知识管理。
The 21th century is a knowledge economy era. In this era, the medical information and computer network system will be accomplished in the hospital. The traditional hospital management pattern will be changed. In order to survive and continue to develop hospital has to change its traditional thinking and management pattern. A new pattern of management- knowledge management brings out. The article briefly introduced the conception, content and key points of knowledge management.
