摘要
本文对网络计划的时间费用优化寻求最优工期的问题,提出了一种改进的优化方法。即在优化过程中,同时考虑直接费用率和间接费用率,从而有效地简化了优化的过程,减少了许多不必要的计算。
This article gives a improved method of seeking for optimum time—cost in CPM. That is, in optimum course, the rate of indirect cost and the rate of direct cost are considered at the same time, thus simplifying the optimum course effectively and reducing many dispensable calcalations.
