摘要
生产计划与控制系统在企业的运行中起着非常重要的作用。现有的企业生产计划与控制系统已不能满足虚拟企业环境下的需求。针对虚拟企业的分布自治性及其生产系统的复杂性,提出了将网络计划和层次控制结构相结合的虚拟企业生产计划系统模型,将该模型分为企业层和车间层两个层次,且对它们的具体制定方法进行了探讨。
Production planning and control system plays a very important role in enterprise operation. The existing production planning and control system can not satisfy the requirement in the virtual enterprise environment. Virtual enterprise production planning and control system model of this paper is proposed based on the combination of network planning technology and hierarchical control, considering the distribution and autonomy character of virtual enterprise, and the complexity of the production system. The model was divided into enterprise layer and workshop layer. The specific methods on how to constitute the two layers were also discussed.
