摘要
研究了不同厚度、面积为1~1.5 m^2的铸型(MC)尼龙板材的制作方法。所制得板材产品表面平整光洁、内部无孔;薄板厚度的平均偏差范围:负值为0~0.88mm,正值为+0.08~+1.3mm。
The method of producing 1 to 1.5 m MC nylon plates of different thichnesses is studied. The surface of the MC nylon plate products is highly clean and plannar, no hole existed at the inner portion, and the average diviations of the plate thickness lie between + 0.08 to +1.3 mm on the positive side and 0 to - 0.88 mm on the negative side.
