摘要
改性聚苯醚(PPO)和热致性液晶(LCP)以不同的配比共混,用注射成型法加工成试样,研究了这些共混试样的落重抗冲行为.测定了临界应变能释放速度GIC,讨论了它与液晶含量的依赖关系,并从试样形态的角度来进行解释。
Blends of a thermotropic LCP with modified PPO were injection molded. The impact performance of these blends has been investigated by the instrumented Charpy falling weight tests. The critical strain energy release rate( G IC ) of the blends were determined and the G IC values were found to be depended on the LCP content. The results were discussed and explained in terms of materials morphology.
