摘要
为预防和惩罚婚内的侵权行为,使当事人在婚姻关系存续期间就能获得及时救济,应当设立婚内侵权损害赔偿制度。这不仅符合我国婚姻立法的精神,而且可以更好调整夫妻之间的关系,维护家庭稳定和社会和谐。
In order to prevent and punish marital infringement and make the litigant get the relief in time in marriage,injury compensation system should be built,which both suits our spirit of marital legislation and betters the relation of the couple and keeps the family stability and harmony.
