摘要
自2001年《婚姻法》修改后,学术界围绕着婚姻家庭法制度创新等问题的研究活动一直很活跃。针对婚姻家庭问题的复杂性和多样性,学者们重视社会调查,关注婚姻家庭领域的社会热点,适当进行了跨学科、跨领域的综合性研究,并取得了一系列成果。
Since the revision of Marriage Law of the People＇s Republic of China in 2001, there have been active researches into the innovation of the marriage and family system in China. In light of the complexity of marriage and family issues, researchers have made extensive social survey and attended closely to social phenomena in the field of marriage and family with a series of findings presented from their respective interdisciplinary comprehensive researches.
