摘要
介绍X射线荧光光谱测定裂化平衡催化剂上Fe、Ni、Cu、V、Na含量的分析方法。考查了影响测定的各种因素,提出了以新鲜催化剂为载体配制标准样的方法,较好地消除了基体效应的影响,相对标准偏差小于3%,加入回收率90%-110%,获得了比较准确的分析结果。
Analysis method of detendning content of Fe, Ni, Cu, V, Na in cracking equilibrium catalyst with x-ray nuorescence spectrumis presented and verious factors influence the detendnation are investigated. Method of preparing standard samples using live catalyst ascaber is proposed, thus eliminate the influence of matrix effect, while the relative standard deviation is less than 3% and the addition recovers rate is 90%-110%, getting comparatively accurate analysis results.
