摘要
X射线荧光光谱仪以其方便、快捷以及多元素多通道的测量在有害物质的检测发挥了巨大的作用,但实际使用是往往发现其检测结果不能令人满意。其实这并不是其设备的原理所引起的,往往是操作者没能作到深入的了解其检测原理所致,本文从其原理着手,重点探讨了如何建立面向实际应用的标准样品建立的问题。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometer plays an important role in hazards inspection with providing convenient, quick and multi-elements & multi-channels testing way, However, the testing results are not satisfactory. Actually, it's not caused by the principle of equipment but the operator doesn't clearly know the testing principle, The article mainly discussed the issue of how to establish practical-application-oriented standard sample.
