摘要
目的了解全髋关节置换患者的疾病不确定感,探讨其与社会支持之间的相关性。方法对62例全髋关节置换患者在入院后第2天及术后第3天进行疾病不确定感和社会支持的测量,分析两者之间的相关关系。结果全髋关节置换患者的疾病不确定感属于中等程度。疾病不确定感与社会支持之间呈负相关(p<0.05)。结论护理人员应重视患者的疾病不确定感感受及其社会支持系统的作用。
Objectlve：To figure out the correlation between disease uncertainty and social support in patients with total hip arthroplasty surgery. Methods：The disease uncertainty and social support of the 62 patients with total hip arthroplasty surgery were measured on the Day 2 after admission and Day 3 after the surgery. The correlation between the above two variables was analysed. Results：The disease uncertainty of the 62 patients with total hip arthroplasty surgery was moderate. The negative correlation between the disease uncertainty and social support was detected （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：The nurses should pay more attention to the disease uncertainty of the patients with total hip arthroplasty surgery,as well as the effect of social support.
